Welcome to Elizabeth James Dance Academy

Elizabeth James Dance Academy in Richmond offers vibrant dance classes to children of all ages. Using props and imaginative techniques, our classes are designed to inspire whilst nurturing talent and confidence. We give pupils the opportunity to take exams in Ballet and Tap or simply take part for pleasure.

Our dance school encourages pupils to realise their potential through dance by providing them with technique, self awareness and life skills for the road ahead. The schools mission is to recognise the individual and tailor their training to their needs, whether they need a confidence boost, help with audition techniques or improve fitness levels.

For little ones of 18-months to 3-years we offer movement and dance lessons with our class companion Melody Bear. R.A.D Ballet classes and I.D.T.A Tap classes start from 3 years and exams can be taken in these subjects. Masterclasses will also be offered for pupils to experience other dance styles and further their training. For our Richmond and Kew dance classes please see our timetable.
